Guests will have access to the entire apartment complex. This includes private bathrooms, kitchen, washing/drying machines, lightning fast Wi-Fi internet access, smart TV access (with HDMI), microwave, two bedrooms, living room and a stay on Philadelphias most prestigious address!

Delancey Pl is specifically known for its visual appeal and historical association with the upper class of Philadelphia society. Most streets have high traffic while this street rarely does as they are and is considered to be the most prestigious address in the entirety of Philadelphia.

For parking (if street parking is not available or parking hours are non accommodating), we recommend using the garage located just a block away at Parkway 1845 Walnut Garage. There are also many other parking garages nearby for your choosing.

If you are flying to/from Philadelphia, an Uber/Lyft from the airport to the apartment costs approximately $15.

If you are taking the train to commute around the city, 22nd St station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Taxis, Uber, Lyft are also available for these trips.
