This was my 3rd time staying here, so I feel very at home. Qi always responds quickly to any requests I make to make my stay more comfortable. The price is quite reasonable compared to most hotels in Philly, and I love the neighborhood near the UPenn and Drexel campuses. Easy walk to Philly Art museums and Center City. Had a great time!

The room was spacious, and I loved having a private bathroom. The unit is shared with other guests in the common areas, just as described in the listing, but that wasn’t an issue for us since my fiancé and I were out exploring most of the day anyway. 🌸 The room had its own lock, and there were additional locks on the entrances to the house, which made us feel very safe and secure throughout our stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and as someone who is a bit of a clean freak, I genuinely had no complaints. This stay is exactly what it advertises itself to be. If you’re looking for a completely private vacation rental where you’ll have the entire place to yourself, this may not be the best fit. However, if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and secure place to relax, shower, and get a good night’s sleep while exploring the area, it’s perfect. The shared setup also creates opportunities to meet and chat with other traveler😁
