Overall, we had a very good stay. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it had everything we needed. Communication and check-in were also smooth. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the surrounding neighborhood. While we didn’t have any issues, the area around the nearby convenience store could feel a bit lively at times, which may not suit everyone, especially later in the evening. Also, the price was higher than usual due to the World Cup, which is understandable given the demand, though it did make the stay feel slightly less of a value compared to other times. That said, if you’re looking for a comfortable apartment and are aware of the location, it’s a solid place to stay.

This was a great stay. We were in town for a concert and this was the perfect location; we were able to walk over to the venue and even had parking every night. The space was clean, spacious and quiet. I would highly recommend this space to others in the future!

The good: Comfy beds. Very clean, Very central. New building. Good Wifi The not so good: Loud music on weekends from the music hall 2 blocks away. A little scary neighborhood (I grew up in a 2M+ city and lived in SoMA / San Francisco). Upstairs neighbors moved their furniture at night. No water glasses, one white wine, one red wine glass. Coffee machine and sofa on the budget side. Needs a little extra love and would not take a lot to move this from a 3.5 to a 4.5.
