The townhouse is very central in Philly and has a good amount of space for large families / multiple friends. It is a tall townhouse with lots of stairs (there's a large landing at the entrance for depositing strollers). The central stairwell lights stay on 24/7 which is a bit quirky and 2 of the bedrooms get a lot of sun in the morning so might not be ideal for people who need darkness to sleep. Otherwise, Qi was very responsive and helpful. It's not cheap but we were able to walk everywhere, there's a CVS and parking garage less than a block and we found several great restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Overall, our family of 6 had a great stay!
Easy to find, in a great, central location and plenty of space. We had a quick stay but served its purpose well and was very comfortable for our family.
Extremely responsive host. Great place for multiple couples. Easy walk to the B1 SEPTA line
